1. New patient form

Upon arrival at your appointment, our friendly receptionist will ask you to fill out a new patient form outlining your past dental and medical history. Disclosing this necessary information helps our dental team to make the best decisions about your oral health and provide appropriate, personalised care. Any sensitive information disclosed will be handled in strict confidence.

2. Dental assessment

During your dental assessment, one of our experienced dentists will perform a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums to determine the state of your oral health. This is an opportunity to detect any potential problems, and low dose digital X-rays or impressions may be taken to accurately assist with the diagnosis process. You can also discuss any dental concerns or desires, and learn more about your dental health to make better short and long-term decisions.

3. Treatment plan

If further treatment is required after examining your results, you can schedule a subsequent appointment following your initial consult to discuss tailored treatment plan options that meet your dental requirements, as well as your time and financial needs.
